EVALUATION
Datalink Partners works with organizations to develop a scope of evaluation, including research questions, potential methodologies, data analysis plan and dissemination strategy. We are experienced in producing evaluations to improve programs’ effectiveness, with documented outcomes; developing and implementing data collection tools (including interview, survey and focus group protocols); developing data collection protocols to ensure consistency and confidentiality in data collection; and qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting. We also produce literature reviews on multiple subjects to support the evaluation report.

COMMUNITY INDICATORS
Community indicators are quantitative measures of the social, environmental and economic factors affecting a region’s or community’s well-being. These indicators are essential in making decisions that affect future outcomes. Datalink Partners provides support in developing, analyzing and tracking key indicators over time and comparing them to analogous regions and communities.

GIS MAPPING
A geographic information system (GIS) map enables us to visualize, question, analyze and interpret data to better understand relationships, patterns and trends. These systems capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage and present all types of geographical data. Datalink Partners provides ArcGIS map development and support.

PLANNING & ASSESSMENT
Planning is how ideas are operationalized and implemented; assessment is what ensures ideas have been implemented correctly, with recommendations for improvements and refinement. Datalink Partners provides start-to-finish strategic planning support and works with organizations to develop logic models that document and track program outcomes. We can also review program models, document progress made and offer recommendations to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Datalink Partners helps its clients track their programs’ successes and identify opportunities for growth. This includes assistance with compiling annual reports that document progress and ensure accountability to stakeholders. We also provide recommendations for program improvement and efficiency.
